Order Processing

• All orders are dispatched within 7- 10 Days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next working day.
• If any delay occurs, we will inform you proactively.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–6 days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–9 days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 days
• Furniture/Heavy Items: 7–14 days

Timelines may vary based on courier service and location.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping on most products.
• COD orders: COD fee may apply. You can check fee at checkout page

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email to follow your order in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2-3 delivery attempts.
If undelivered, the package may return to us, and we will contact you for re-dispatch.
