Epicasa Return & Replacement Policy
At Epicasa, we ensure a safe, transparent, and worry-free shopping experience.
We accept returns and offer replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
1. When You Can Request a Return or Replacement
- You can raise a return/replacement request if you receive:
- A damaged or broken product
- A manufacturing defect
- A wrong item or wrong variant
We do not accept returns for reasons such as size not suitable, change of mind, or dislike of product design.
2. Mandatory 48-Hour Claim Window
To be eligible, the customer must:
A. Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery

B. Share photo/video proof
This is mandatory to verify the issue.
Send:
- A full product image, and
- A clear close-up of the defect/damage
Claims without proof cannot be processed.
3. Condition of the Product for Return
To qualify for return pickup or replacement:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in the same condition as delivered
- All original packaging must be intact, including:
- Box
- Foam/cushioning
- Dust covers
- Accessories
- Labels & stickers
- Invoice (if available)
If any part of the packaging is missing or the product shows signs of use, the claim may be rejected or partially approved.
4. Return Window
Home décor, kitchenware, organizers, glass & ceramic items:
Return/replacement window: 7–10 days from delivery
Furniture and heavy items:
Return only if damaged or defective, and must be reported within 48 hours
5. How Returns Work (Reverse Pickup)
Once your claim is approved:
- We arrange a reverse pickup from your location
- If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, we may request the customer to courier the item to us
For eligible cases (damage/defect/wrong item), return shipping is free
6. Replacement Process
After the return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check (2–3 business days):
You will receive:
- A replacement of the same product, OR
- If the product is out of stock, you may choose a similar item of equal/lower value, OR
- Choose to receive a refund to the original payment method (only for approved cases)
7. What Cannot Be Returned
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without photo/video proof
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Customer-damaged items
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Minor manufacturing variations (color/texture differences due to handmade nature)
